Day of the swap

12:00 - 1:00pm Drop off.  Place the plants you brought in the swap area.

1:00 - 1:05pm Swap begins!  Take up to 5 plants during the first 5 minutes.

1:05 - until gone Take as many plants as you would like, until the plants are gone.

Bringing plants?
Please note

**  Virginia native plants only: straight species, with no cultivars, nativars, or hybrids.  Not sure?  Check the Virginia Plant Atlas at www.vaflora.org.

**  Label every plant with the scientific (Latin/binomial) name and a common name.

**  Nicely  potted  plants are strongly preferred.  No bare-root plants or plants without soil.

**  Seeds are welcome too, in labeled, ready-to-go  individual bags or envelopes.

No plants to share?
Come anyway!

**  Come and take some home.  Anyone is welcome, no contribution required.

How can I help the event?
Donations

**  Bring a bag of topsoil

**  Bring old venetian blinds (metal or plastic).  They are upcycled to make plant ID tags.

**  Bring a donation for the Welborne UMC food pantry.  Details at welbornechurch.org
